Why Should I Stretch?
WHY SHOULD I STRETCH?
Tight muscles cause pain and limited mobility with difficulty moving the involved area.
BENEFITS TO STRETCHING:
- Decrease tight and painful muscles
- Improve circulation to the area.
- Improve flexibility to allow you to move with improved coordination.
- Improve strength of the muscles, which can now work effectively.
- Improve posture as muscles become balanced.
