Why Should I Stretch?

WHY SHOULD I STRETCH?

Tight muscles cause pain and limited mobility with difficulty moving the involved area.

BENEFITS TO STRETCHING:

  • Decrease tight and painful muscles
  • Improve circulation to the area.
  • Improve flexibility to allow you to move with improved coordination.
  • Improve strength of the muscles, which can now work effectively.
  • Improve posture as muscles become balanced.
